Ink colours
You can choose from a whole rainbow of ink colours for printing, all mixed by hand using the Pantone colour system.
Custom ink colours
If you’ve created a lovely colour palette for your wedding that you would like to incorporate into your stationery, I can mix a custom colour for a small additional fee of £25 (per colour). Pantone references or physical swatches are preferred for colour matching. The variations between devices and displays mean I can’t guarantee an accurate match to samples sent digitally.
Inkless Debossing & Embossing
Inkless debossing and embossing (printing without ink) can give stunning results and is a wonderful way to add subtle details to a design, without adding another colour. This technique sees paper pass through the press as usual, without ink on the printing rollers. The “deboss” is the lovely deep imprint left behind by the design being pressed into the paper, and an “emboss” leaves a wonderful raised surface. Although these processes don’t use ink, they are charged as an additional colour as the paper still has to pass through the press to achieve the effect.
