Show-stopping letterpress stationery for your brand
Collaborate + Create
Small businesses making a big impression
As a business owner myself I understand how exciting it is to see your brand in print, out there in the world.
Whether you're just starting out or have a few years under your belt, you're the expert on your brand. Together, we'll blend your brand knowledge with my design and print expertise to craft stationery that not only sets you apart from the competition but also leaves a lasting impression on your clients and customers.
Years of working with brands of all shapes and sizes means I can quickly hone in on what you need, and turn your ideas (however vague) into practical and beautiful designs.
THE KEY PIECES
Business cards and so much more
When deciding on the pieces you’d like to create, mapping out your client journey is a great place to start. Try walking yourself through your entire process and highlight the touch points you have with your clients along the way. You should quickly start to see which pieces of stationery you need to prioritise – you can always add more later.
The options are endless, but your stationery suite could include: business cards, notecards, postcards, letterheads, swing tags, belly bands, product care cards, gift vouchers, greeting cards, or event invitations.
Are you offering a luxury service?
Elegant business cards will help you to stand out from the crowd.
Are you making physical products?
Thoughtfully designed packaging will share the story behind your products, and the process behind making them.
Are you shipping online orders?
A thank you note will add a lovely flourish to your carefully packaged parcels.
The Process
How I create your stationery
I’m here to help and guide you through the whole process. Here’s an overview of how we’ll work together, at your pace.
1 Let’s Chat
The best place to start is always with a chat, so I can get to know more about you and your brand, and the stationery you’re hoping to create. We’ll talk about paper and print options, and I’ll also walk you through the process of creating your stationery, including my typical timelines, so you know what to expect.
2 Your quote
I’ll take all of the details we discuss and put together a detailed quote for your stationery. Prices are always broken down to list each element separately, so you can see what works best for you and your budget. Once you’re happy with your quote you’ll be asked to pay your 50% deposit.
3 Design
It’s time to start designing! You’ll receive digital proofs to review throughout this stage, with time included for your feedback. The process includes two rounds of revisions, so there’s time for checking all of the little details before we think about printing. Additional revisions and proofs are charged at £50 each.
4 Fine-tuning
This stage is all about the details, so there’s lots of time for you to review design proofs and share your feedback. The design process wraps up with a final artwork proof, and when you’ve approved that it’s time to print.
5 Printing
It’s time to hop on the presses and start printing! Your paper will be trimmed, your inks mixed, and each piece of stationery will be printed one piece at a time, with great care and attention.
6 A special delivery
Once I’ve made sure everything looks perfect, your stationery will be carefully packaged and shipped. Your parcel will ship via a next day service, and I’ll send a confirmation email with tracking and delivery details. Then it’s time for the best part – sharing your lovely new stationery!
The important bit
Pricing + planning
The options are endless with letterpress and foil printing, so every brand stationery project is priced and planned based on your individual needs. There’s no such thing as a minimum order in the Sarah and Maude studio, and I’m here to guide you through the whole process.
For a detailed quote I always recommend a quick consultation, so let’s chat.
Kind words from clients
“Working with Sarah was so easy. My stationery is simple and classy and that saved time allowed me to essentially upgrade on the actual product.”

Who I work with
Brand stationery for every business
I’ve worked with all sorts of creative solopreneurs and business owners through the years, across the UK and beyond. From candlemakers to interior designers, jewellers to illustrators, and photographers to calligraphers, every business can benefit from thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted stationery.
The common thread that links all of my clients? They’re looking for stationery that truly reflects their brands and has that understated, high quality finish. They appreciate a 'less is more' design approach, and value the honest craftsmanship behind processes like letterpress printing.
When it comes to who I work with, it’s all about businesses who offer lovely products and services. I’m lucky they’re all lovely people too!
