Bespoke WEDding

The Bespoke Wedding service is the perfect option for couples looking for one-of-a-kind wedding stationery.

I can work closely with you to design and print stationery incorporating themes, colours, and personal design details that really reflect you and your wedding day.  

Save the date announcements, wedding invites, and RSVP cards are often the main focus ahead of your big day, followed by "on the day" wedding stationery including (but not limited to) order of service covers, menus, table numbers, place cards, drink coasters, and wedding favours.

How It Works


To get things started we'll discuss what you're looking for (who, when, where, how many) and any initial thoughts you have on design direction, wedding theme, and colour palettes. Colour swatches can help and mood boards (Pinterest is great!) are always welcome.

At this stage, we'll also discuss options for paper stock and envelopes, along with your budget. I'll put together a project estimate and timeline and if you're happy with those we move onto design!

This is where the fun begins! Based on our consultation I'll create an initial design, allowing plenty of time for your feedback to ensure you're completely happy. A pdf proof will be provided for final approval, so you can double check all of the important details, before I move on to printing.


Your stationery is then letterpress printed by hand, one piece at a time, with the help of my antique print press – a 700lb cast iron beauty affectionately known as Maude.

After printing, any other finishing touches, like trimming and folding, will be made and every single piece is checked carefully to ensure it is absolutely perfect.


When your order is complete, it will be securely packaged and sent on its way to you. Hooray! All bespoke orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and I will confirm a delivery address and a planned delivery date with you before sending.

Sarah & Maude is located in England, but I'm happy to ship worldwide.


Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for bespoke orders.

Pricing & Payment

Due to the individual nature of bespoke projects, pricing varies from project to project. Prices are based on the size and quantity of the final pieces and the number of colours used.
