Back in March, just before COVID struck and we all started spending a lot more time at home, I met with lovely Philippa James of The Oxford Wedding Blog. I didn’t realise it at the time but this would be one of my last in-person chats with anyone, so I’m glad it was a fun one.

We drank coffee and chatted all about two of my favourite things (letterpress stationery and weddings) while Philippa captured some photos of my work. She’s been kind enough to share the results of our chat, and her beautiful photos, in a blog post called Where to Start With Your Wedding Invitations. As you might guess by the title, it’s a post with lots of info and tips on getting started with your wedding stationery, and in particular, your invites. So if you’ve been wondering why invites are important, what information you should include, and if you really need RSVP cards, be sure to pop on over for a read.

If you’re in the Oxford area definitely check out The Oxford Wedding Blog website. It’s jam-packed with tips and ideas from Philippa and some other wonderful local suppliers, on everything from photography to flowers (and now letterpress stationery!).

And if you’re a couple looking for lovely letterpress stationery, you’re in the right place! I offer semi-bespoke stationery through The Collection, and also fully bespoke wedding stationery too. Drop me a line and say hello if you have any questions.
