Delivery and shipping

All orders are shipped from the Sarah and Maude studio in the UK.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and shipped within 1-2 working days. You'll receive an order confirmation email when you place your order and another once it has been dispatched.

Where I Ship

At this time, I ship to the UK and select international destinations. Unfortunately, due to EU customs and VAT changes, I’m unable to ship to EU countries.

Delivery costs

Brand and wedding stationery

UK Orders: Free shipping via Special Delivery (fully tracked and insured).

International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated once your stationery is printed to ensure the most cost-effective and secure option. You'll receive an invoice to pay via a secure payment link.

Store orders

UK Orders: Free standard shipping (Royal Mail Second Class) on orders over £20 with code FREESHIP20.
Or upgrade to First Class at checkout for a faster service.

International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

UK Royal Mail First Class: 1-2 working days / Royal Mail Second Class: 2-3 working days

Europe (Non-EU): Royal Mail International Standard: 3-5 working days

Rest of the World: Royal Mail International Standard: 6-7 working days

Busy Periods: During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas), deliveries may take slightly longer.
