Welcome the season with my new Summer Planning Guide

As summer reaches its peak and the light begins to shift, it’s easy to get swept up in the season’s momentum — or feel like you should. But what if, instead of pushing through, you paused to align your energy, your goals, and your pace with the season itself?

The Summer Planning Guide is a gentle, intentional tool I’ve created to help you do just that. Rooted in the rhythms of nature, it offers space to reflect on where you’ve been, plan for what’s ahead, and reconnect with your own creative flow — without the pressure of the hustle.

Whether you’re deep in a project or dreaming up what’s next, this guide is here to support you through the sun-dappled days of summer.

Why plan seasonally?

Seasonal planning offers a gentler, more sustainable alternative to constant hustle. Instead of pushing through with the same pace and priorities all year long, it invites you to tune in to the natural rhythms of the year. By checking in every few months, you can reflect, reset, and realign your focus without the pressure of rigid long-term goals. It’s a slower, more human way to plan — and one that allows space for change, creativity, and (most importantly) rest.

A midsummer moment

The summer solstice (Litha), on June 21st, marks the height of light and energy in the year. It’s a natural moment to pause, take stock, and gently reset. As the days begin to shorten again, there’s an invitation to turn inward and focus on what matters most. This guide is a companion for that turning point, and a chance to soak up the season’s warmth and energy while planting seeds for what’s next.

What’s inside?

Whether you’re running a small business, working on creative projects, or simply seeking a steadier rhythm, this guide is here to support you. Inside, you’ll find:

  • An introduction to seasonal planning and how it can support you

  • Gentle prompts to help you reflect on spring

  • Summer planning prompts to align your vision with your energy

  • A mid-season check-in to reflect and realign

  • Seasonal inspiration to help you honour the rhythms of nature

A soundtrack for the season

Because every good adventure deserves a soundtrack, I’ve also curated a summer playlist — a hazy mix of dreamy, mellow songs perfect for working, reflecting, or simply slowing down.

I’d love your help!

I’m looking for a few kind volunteers to try out the Summer Planning Guide and share their honest feedback. Your thoughts will help shape future guides — and I’d be so grateful for your insight. Feel free to reach out or leave a comment below if you’d like to be part of this small feedback circle.

Thank you for being here, and for joining me on this slow, seasonal journey.
